Refund policy

At Stefania Crystal Art, each piece is handmade with great care and attention to detail.

Returns
You may return non-custom items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Custom Orders
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
